Culturally Adapted Curriculum & STEM Programming
Curriculum adaptation services are informed by interdisciplinary scientific training and experience supporting university-led and extension-style educational initiatives. Services are especially well-suited for STEM enrichment programs, afterschool initiatives, and applied science curricula seeking to increase participation and comprehension among Hispanic students across age groups—from early chilhood through secondary education and community-based programs.
This approach supports increased engagement, comprehension, and sustained participation in STEM programming among Hispanic students by aligning scientific content with culturally meaningful examples, accesible language, and relevant learning contexts. Curriculum design and adaptation are guided by learner-centered and trauma-informed educational practices that respect lived experience, promote psychological safety, and support diverse learning styles—particularly for students and families navigating linguistic, cultural, or systemic barriers.
